About Kingstone Press

Kingstone Press is an independent Christian publishing house dedicated to the preservation, presentation, and study of historic theological and ecclesiastical works. Our focus lies particularly in primary sources, church history, and doctrinal theology within the broader Christian tradition.

In an age increasingly dominated by scanned facsimiles and automated reproductions, Kingstone Press is committed to producing texts that are both faithful to their sources and readable for modern audiences. All works published by the press are newly and carefully prepared rather than reproduced from scans. Texts are manually re-keyed and thoughtfully typeset to ensure clarity, consistency, and long-form readability, all while preserving the substance and intent of the original authors.

Alongside historical reprints and translations, Kingstone Press also publishes original theological works that engage critically with Scripture and historical doctrine.

Kingstone Press exists to serve pastors, students, scholars, and serious readers who value depth over trend, sources over summaries, and substance over spectacle. Our catalog is intentionally selective, favoring works of lasting relevance rather than temporary interest.

We believe that the recovery of historic Christian writings is not merely an academic exercise, but a necessary task for the health and continuity of churches. By making significant works accessible in clear, durable editions, Kingstone Press seeks to contribute—however modestly—to that ongoing work.
